Art. 118. Retaliatory measures. It shall be unlawful for an employer to refuse to pay or reducethe wages and benefits, discharge or in any manner discriminate against any employee who hasfiled any complaint or instituted any proceeding under this Title or has testified or is about totestify in such proceedings.
Art. 129. Recovery of wages, simple money claims and other benefits. Upon complaint ofany interested party, the Regional Director of the Department of Labor and Employment or any ofthe duly authorized hearing officers of the Department is empowered, through summaryproceeding and after due notice, to hear and decide any matter involving the recovery of wagesand other monetary claims and benefits, including legal interest, owing to an employee or personemployed in domestic or household service or househelper under this Code, arising from employeremployeerelations
